Thanks to a modern equipment purchased by our company under the implemented development strategy we can offer our customers preparation of:

  • multi-branch technical documentations in all phases, starting from the concept, through the preliminary design, the proper design, executive and as-built documentation,
  • operation and maintenance manuals (O&MM),
  • descriptions of machines and equipment,
  • operating manuals,
  • installation manuals.

The designs are prepared on the basis of personal experience, based on the delivered technical documentation, also residual documentation, drawings and concept of the customer.

2D documentation 

In hard copy or in any electronic format: PDF, TIF, DWG, DXF or other, depending on the customer’s needs.

We create designs including the mechanical, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and automatic part. The devices designed for you may be made by us.

3D models

In standard of Creo Elements and Solid Works. All parts are designed in a parametric manner, which enables their later easy modification, and the environment of these programs makes each modification introduced at any stage of design - in the model of a single part, in submission or in the drawing documentation - is automatically marked in other environments of the program.

Simulation of machinery operation

We will prepare visualizations and animations of devices designed by us. Thanks to that we can verify correctness of operation, and detect possible collisions. These materials can be also applied for training or advertising purposes.

MES strength analysis

Testing stresses, deformations, buckling analysis, optimization of shape. The examined models are subjected both to static and dynamic loads, also including transitional effects, inertia – this makes it possible to anticipate and straightaway solve any possible problems associated e.g. with noise or vibrations.
