Third Business Gazelle for EXPOM!

EXPOM S.A. has been awarded in the Business Gazelle ranking, the list of the most dynamically developing small and medium businesses, for a third consecutive year. On 8 February 2017, the award was received in Hotel Warmiński, Olsztyn, on behalf of the Company by Expom’s CEO, Rafał Domżalski.

The main idea of the awards is to promote small and medium entrepreneurship. The competition is to distinguish companies that develop fast and record continuous improvements of their financial results regardless of economic conditions.

The ranking is published in the ‘Puls Biznesu’ magazine as well as at, where the complete database of Business Gazelle ranking is available, including all firms in the ranking since 2000.

EXPOM S.A. was recognised, being in the top of the ranking for the third time already, which is an exceptional event for the whole organization. The company from Kurzętnik is a leading employer in the region. The sales of the Company for 2016 were record-breaking, and in parallel EXPOM set up a number of personnel programmes and invested in the development of its infrastructure. Owing to such a broad range of activities, the Company received a number of awards in 2016, including WaMaBoss, Export Eagles, and Tom Employers of the Eastern Poland.

‘But the changes have only started. We are planning another investment project in 2017. We are committed to development and improving working conditions of our personnel,’ says Rafał Domżalski.

Expom as the Eagle of Export!

Expom won a prize in the “Regionalne Orły Eksportu” [Regional Eagles of Export] competition in the “Innovative Export Product” category. An award was accepted on behalf of the company during the award ceremony that took place on 19 October 2016 in Olsztyn by the President of the company’s Management Board, Rafał Domżalski.

The prizes in the Regional Eagles of Export competition are awarded by Rzeczpospolita daily newspaper with the objective of selecting export leaders and promoting Polish export. This year, the winner of the “Innovative Export Product” category was Expom, which exports as much as 98% of its production.

- We are very proud to have received this award, which will certainly motivate and drive the company to a more intensive phase of growth. We are happy that our company is a good example of how companies from small towns may conquer international markets – said Rafał Domżalski, President of Expom’s Management Board.

All companies competing in the “Innovative Export Product” category offer a product, which due to its innovativeness or complexity of technological thought deserves national recognition. Despite strong competition, it was Expom that won the award along with three other laureates.

The award ceremony was followed by a debate “Business without borders – a search for new markets and support instruments for Polish exporters. How to become a global Champion?”, which was participated by invited guests – including the President of Expom’s Management Board.
